The Solamere Subdivision is zoned as a Residential Master Planned Development (MPD) in Park City, Summit County, Utah.

 

The Solamere HOA Governing Documents Cover Sheet, CC&Rs and HOA Rules for Building and Design set the guidelines for new builds, exterior remodels, and landscaping. The Solamere Architectural Committee (SAC), with help from an approved architectural consultant, reviews project plans to ensure they align with neighborhood standards. After obtaining SAC approval, you need to submit a permit request to the Park City Building Department, including a signed HOA Notification form and Solamere's approval letter. A Park City Code Enforcement officer regularly patrols the area to check that all projects have the proper permits. 

 

Please read the Solamere HOA Rules on Building and Design before submitting plans to the SAC or requesting any changes to your home’s exterior. Solamere setbacks differ from Park City’s, and all exterior materials and colors require approval. This includes windows, doors, and roofing.
