We welcome families and small groups to enjoy Park City’s amenities, while treating our homes with the same care and consideration they would treat their own homes.Per our CC&Rs, homeowners in the HOA may rent their homes for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days per visit. Our neighborhood agreement states that rentals are for “residential use only. Occupancy for parties, hospitality use, commercial use, or of a disruptive nature are prohibited…” All parking is in driveways, with no street parking allowed.

Solamere Homeowners who rent their property are required by the governing documents to register their rental properties with the HOA. Please email your registration to our Managing Agent Marianne Meek at Mariannesmanagement1@gmail.com.

A Park City Nightly Rental License is required for homeowners who rent their homes for less than month-to-month,  **Please note that Solamere HOA does NOT allow nightly rentals.
