General Information

 

The Solamere Subdivision Nos. 1 and 2A (Solamere) is a private residential community located in Deer Valley, Park City, Utah. By owning a lot or home in this subdivision, you are automatically part of the Solamere Homeowners Association (HOA) and are bound by our neighborhood's CC&Rs and Bylaws.  You are assessed for Annual Dues every March. As part of the HOA, you are a member of the Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club.
