Welcome to the Solamere Homeowners Association website, the online information center for our neighborhood. Here you can find helpful guidance about our development by using the navigation buttons for such things as submitting changes and proposals to the Architectural Committee, rules and regulations regarding renting your home, and other news about living in our association and our city.
The Solamere subdivision is a private residential community located in Deer Valley of Park City, Utah. By owning a lot or home here, you are automatically part of the Solamere Homeowners Association and are bound by our CC&Rs and Bylaws. Annual dues are assessed in March. As part of the HOA, you are a member of the Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club.

The Solamere Oaks Club
As a homeowner, you are a valued member of the Solamere Oaks Swim and Tennis Club. Enjoy exclusive access to our premier amenities, including a pristine swimming pool, and well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts.
The club is open daily from Memorial weekend to Labor Day. Club hours are 10 AM to 6 PM
