Rental Guidelines
We warmly welcome families and small groups to enjoy the Park City amenities, while treating our homes as they would treat their own homes.Homeowners in the Solamere Homeowners' Association may rent their homes for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights per visit. Our neighborhood agreement states that rentals are for "residential use only, occupancy for parties, hospitality use, commercial use, or of a disruptive nature are prohibited..." All parking is in driveways with no street parking allowed.
A Nightly Rental License is required for homeowners who rent their homes for less than month to month. Here is the link to the Nightly Rental License Application: Nightly Rental License Application

Management Agreements
The pdf files available on this page are available to read or download and print. The Property Management Company Agreement outlines what the property managers must require of the renters. The Individual Homeowner Rental Agreement is for use by the individual renting his/her home without a manager.
