Renting Your Home

We welcome families and small groups to enjoy the Park City amenities, while treating our homes as they would treat their own homes.
Per our CC&Rs, homeowners in the Solamere Homeowner's Association may rent their homes for a minimum of 7 consecutive days per visit. Our neighborhood agreement states that rentals are for "residential use only, occupancy for parties, hospitality use, commercial use, or of a disruptive nature are prohibited..." All parking is in driveways with no street parking allowed.
A Park City Nightly Rental License is required for homeowners who rent their homes for less than month to month. Here is the link to the Nightly Rental License Application: Nightly Rental License Application
