The Swim and Tennis Club is a private members-only club governed by a five member board representing the homeowners of Solamere, the Oaks, and Morningstar Estates. Membership dues are included in the HOA annual assessment. There is a moratorium on outside membership for 2024 and the foreseeable future.
Members are reminded to please sign in at the clubhouse. This is the best way to ensure staff has oversight as to who is on premises. It also allows us to track the use of the club.
The facilities are available for use to club members and their accompanied guests. The clubhouse is staffed, but no lifeguard is provided for the pool.
Club will open daily beginning Saturday, June 8, and remain open through Labor Day, Monday September 2. Hours vary depending on the time during the long summer days, but are generally 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Nets and windscreens on the courts are up and ready for play. You will need a key to access whenever the clubhouse is not staffed. Members may buy a key in order to use the tennis courts and pickleball courts throughout the playing season. You may call the club to reserve a court or use available courts at the time of play. The preferred method is to reserve a tennis or pickleball court by signing up for, and using, the Tennis Court and Pickleball Court On-Line Reservation System.
Please be aware of limited parking at the club and walk, cycle, or carpool whenever possible, especially during peak times and special events.

In spite of the delayed opening, summer is here. The social committee has been hard at work making plans. The success of last year's events encouraged the committee to bring them back again this year, with a new twist on the August gathering. You might want to put the dates on your '24 calendar. All are such popular events that reservations are required. More information will be forthcoming as details develop. Invitations will be sent via email in advance, so you can RSVP.

Summer 2024 Pickleball Program
We have four pickleball courts and an active group of players. Equipment is available in the clubhouse if you don't have your own.
Members can reserve court time by signing up for, and using, the Tennis Court and Pickleball Court On-Line Reservation System. Please note that each reservation will be limited to a maximum of four accompanied guests and one court for two hours per day. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
Friday mornings from 9:00-11:00 two courts are reserved for drop-in play. All levels are welcome to just show up and rotate into the games. Come meet your fellow members, get some exercise, and have fun!
Pickleball Professional Debbie is back again this season to introduce you to this fast-growing sport or help you improve your game. In addition to private lessons and coaching at all levels, she's planned three special events. See calendar above, and sign up early!

As another season ends, our thanks go to Tom, Claudio, Livi, and all who helped make summer so much fun. On the courts, wind screens will come down mid-September, nets will remain longer, weather permitting.
