The Solamere Subdivision is zoned as a Residential Master Planned Development (MPD) in Park City, Summit County, Utah.

The Solamere HOA Governing Documents Cover Sheet along with the CC&R's (Declaration) and the Solamere HOA Rules for Building and Design include a number of requirements that apply both to new construction and to remodels and upkeep.  The Architectural Committee consults with an HOA retained architect, as required, to review new construction plans and renovation plans. This team is mainly concerned that your project conforms to our neighborhood's controlling documents. Requests for building permits and potential zoning variances need to be submitted to the Park City Building Department AFTER submitting to the Solamere HOA's Architectural Committee.

Please be sure to keep the Solamere HOA Rules on Building and Design in mind when making changes to your home’s exterior. For example, exterior paint colors have to be approved for new construction and, thereafter, any change to the original exterior paint colors must be approved.  This goes for roofing type and color too.

For questions relating to the submittal and approval of plans/colors/materials, etc.  Please refer to these documents:
